Video TDR Failure BSOD

Hi guys. I've been having an ongoing problem now ever since I got my RX Vega 56's. While mining I will get a Video TDR Failure (atikmpag.sys)

I can't figure out what the problem is. I have 3 video cards running: 1 RX570 (stable for 6 months) and 2 new Vega 56's.

Specs:
Intel G3930
Biostar BTC250
4 Gb Ram
1 Sata HDD
3 Video cards (mentioned above)
Seasonic Focus+ Gold 850w
Blockchain Driver
Fresh Win10 install

Does anyone know what causes this failure and how to fix it? Is it a power supply issue? I've seen people running up to 4 Vega's on a 1200W so I don't think the power is my issue. In addition, I've unplugged one of the Vega's and got the same error with just 2 cards running.

I did the Cooler Master online power supply calculator and it said an ~750W power supply was good.

My main issue is I just don't know how to identify what it is that's causing the BSOD. I don't know if it's a driver issue, a power issue, or possibly a bad riser or video card.

When it happens it BSOD's and the pc restarts me back to the log-in screen. I'm at a loss and any help is much appreciated. Pretty sure I've been racking my brains out testing and unplugging various components all of yesterday to no avail.

That fix is absolutely ridiculous. If that's really an issue within the drivers and your average person might have to go in and fix the files like that AMD has some problems.

That said, I don't think that's my issue, but I don't know for sure yet. I haven't had a crash recently, but I also did a few things. I went in registry and made sure everything that said "crossfire" or "ULPS" was disabled. Even though I disabled crossfire and ULPS via software there were still a lot of registry keys that were enabled.

Yes, the risers are powered via 4-pin molex. I did have molex to sata cables powering them, but recently found out the danger with those sata cables catching flame. So, I went and scrounged around in my cable drawer and found some 6-pin to molex cables to power them directly from the PSU.

I can't say for sure what helped out of these various things I'd say the registry had the biggest help right off the bat. However, if I shut down my miner abruptly I've still got a couple BSOD's, but as long as I'm away from the computer and not letting the algorithm change off of cryptonight, everything seems to fine and stable now.
