Video streaming software

I am trying to find some decent software to load onto the server we are going to use to host the videos.

We plan to load several dozen 5 minute videos, we could have several hundred people accessing the videos at any given time. The OS will probably be Windows 2003 Server (or a variation thereof). The videos themselves will be WMV's or FLV's.

Can anyone recommend a specific program or direct me to where I can research some of the more popular types of software?

I've looked online and can only seem to find the websites advertising their specific programs which of course all say theirs is better than everyone elses; I'm hoping to find some more objective reviews. Thanks in advance.
