Are there any video Stream Capture apps/software out there for Windows 7 64 besides Windows Expressions? Also I use Fire Fox, searched, and haven't found any.

Give Freemake a try. It's a stand alone program but it also has browser integration. Best I've found so far especially when it comes to dl'ing HD content.

EDIT:It would be helpful to know what kind of content you are you trying to get? Youtube, Vimeo ect. is pretty easy. Content like Netflix and Amazon streaming can get a bit more complicated.
