Video software

I am looking for software that will combine or stitch together 12 short videos I shot with my Kodak Zi8 pocket camcorder. They are in .mov format and I just need to combine them all into
one continuous playing file. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried Windows Movie Maker? Otherwise check out Free Video Converter: (make sure you download the correct link on the downloads page)

It does basic stitching.

You shot them and haven't modified or transcoded them? Then Avidemux should allow you to just stitch them together and copy the streams to a new file.

Windows Movie Maker does not support .mov files. I'll take a look at the other two mentioned. Thanks.

What do you plan to do with the video when you have stiched it? Tsunami (Pegasys-Inc) also makes some killer tools for combining and converting.
