Video screen on monitor has shrunk (?)

Hi everyone, I've encountered a weird problem just yesterday with video on my screen....I watch Netflix all the time but when I logged in to watch, the screen had shrunk from full size to 1/4 of the screen, and relocated to the top left corner of the monitor.

That was on Chrome. Then I tried it on Firefox and got the same result! 😱
All other websites I surf are normal.

What is causing this, and where should i begin troubleshooting it?

Thanks for any help. 🙂

Netflix hasn't used Silverlight for years now.

Slowhand, play back some video on Youtube or hulu.com, and report back what happens on those sites. Also, how long has it been since you restarted your computer? I'd try a restart first, before I did any more troubleshooting.

Thanks a lot for your reply. Well after I cleaned browser and download history, cookies and cached images etc, and ran Flash Maintenance in Chrome, I restarted and no luck....let me do as you advised and surf youtube and hulu and see what happens, then report my findings...thx again.
