Video Rendering Build

So work is allowing me to build a PC for us to render videos for training purposes. We'll be using Adobe Creative Cloud suite for editing all the things!

I had this picked out but I am open to suggestions;

Budget for the PC is around $800, I have a little wiggle room. Doesn't need to be pretty just needs to chew video up quickly.
