Video recorder movie to computer?

Well, I recently recorded myself destroying my PS2 (it was broken completely, past the DRE stage) by putting fireworks in it, throwing it off of a van, and smashing it with a sledge hammer...now, this is one of those video camers where theres a little tape inside (not digital) and I want to put the video (or that segment of it) on my computer. Now, you can watch it on the TV through the RCA cables, but the sound comes from the video camera...Theres only a video cable and some black cable (which may have been sound and maybe the volume was too low.). Now, I could just record it onto a VCR tape, but i'd like to put it on my computer IF possible...any suggestions? i need to show it to my friends.

Well, I usually do it by hooking up a VCR to my TV tuner and then using the tuner's video capture. There could be another way though.
