I want to watch my satellite dish setup on my monitor, it doesnt matter if it's straight from the back of the receiver to the monitor via a box, or if the receiver is plugged into my pc then out to the monitor. The connection from the receiver is RCA or S-Video.

what's the best/least expensive way to do this?
