Last weekend I was able to watch videos on the computer just fine (dvds, avi, etc...). I went out of town for a week and shut down the computer for the full time. Now I'm back and the video will not display (I have tried dvds and avi files). I can hear the sound, a little bit of the picture shows up once and a while but very pixilated and then returns to black. I have reinstalled codecs, restarted and also tried a system restore to last weekend before I went out of town. Note that video plays fine when played in a browser (youtube/streaming video). Any thoughts/help would be appreciated.
