For some odd reason my monitor is showing streak marks and looks like windows are being moved to fast for the computer or monitor. This has never happend before, I really dont know what ghosting looks like but just a faint idea. I do notice horizontal invisible lines that i can see when i pass a window over it. It almost looks like my computer is lagging. I have a dell 2005 ws monitor and a 6800gt. I cant even play source anymore because it has become so blurry when i move the mouse. Help.....................
