Video Problems with Jpegs

Everytime i load a page that contains jpegs, it loads the picture but with all sort of lines and the color is distorted. i reinstalled the drivers, then reinstalled xp and it still does it. It only happens on jpeg's and no other format. Dunno whats going on and please help!

I have litttle to offer of value.. but my first quess would be do you have the right or newest drivers for your video card?
is the resolution of your desktop greater than 256 colors?

Yes, i have the detenator drivers for my geforce 2 mx400. my res is set to 32 bit colors

I'm guessing you have an AMD CPU. If so, it's defective.
