Video problems... whats the deal?

After upgrading my motherboard(K7T pro2-A and an athlon 1GHz) i started to notice the screen "vibrating" for no aparent reason sometimes. Sometimes its fine, sometimes i turn it on and it vibrates no matter WHAT i do to try to fix it, and then seems to go away as mysteriously as it began. I even bought a new monitor thinking my old monitor was perhaps going bad(plus it was time for a new one anyway). I have no clue what could be causing this, and as you can imagine it causes a headache if i try to endure it for too long. It would be nice to not have a problem like this, or know how to make it stop. Thank you for any suggestions in advance.

Well, I ajusted some settings on the motherboard, changed to the ViA AGP Standard instead of Turbo. And it does not vibrate atall at lower resolutions, but when i go from 1280x960 to 1280x1024 it begins vibrating like crazy again.
