Edit:
I tried to run 3dMark2001, and right when the 2nd test began, computer reset itself, and I still cannot bring it back. I pulled out everything from my PCI slots, except for my PCI video card (Took out the AGP too). Whenever I run something graphics intensive, it likes to fail. So, I have it stripped down. 2 HD's running, 1 cd-rom, 1 stick of Crucial Ram, and the PCI video card. I just tried to get into Windows 2000, and 98 (my dualboot). While it will go for a couple minutes, it will then just reset itself. I have upgraded and downgraded the Bios numerous times. On a side note, I thought I'd run a stress test real quick in Win2k, and when I ran one for my CPU, the computer did its usual restarting bit. So, its either my CPU, motherboard, or both.
First off, let me say that I have the infamous MSI KT7Pro2-A motherboard (rest of components in signature). Seems to work good, until I play some games on it. The whole computer will just restart, and then refuse to boot. Usually, I have to flash the bios, jump the CMOS, and take out the battery, while waiting overnight for the capacitors to discharge. There is no quick fix, the computer really needs a couple hours to discharge or reset itself in some way.
Since this only happens on games, I would think its the Voodoo 3's fault. I have no problems designing web pages on it, creating graphics, or programming on it. But I am skeptical of playing games on it, for the computer may just decide not to start up one day.
