**VIDEO** Police/Army bot of the future?

I hope that if we ever get police bots they can't fire live amunition on their own accord, I would hate to be in the way of one that had a software glitch.

yeah really.. make bulletproof so it can just chase the criminals down, that way we dont have to worry about giving it live ammunition and have, as someone mentioned before, a software glitch.
 
During the part after it gets shot, and they saything about being able to repair it. The scrolling crap is from some guy named "Neill" in his My documents directory.

I thought it was so it looked less confrontational, sort of like a bunny.

It needs extra eyes, maybe something like a spider. So that they are all around it's head.
 
All it needs now is some sort of flight capability. 😉

I just wouldn't want to be around it when it had an ED-209 moment. 🙂

I thought the running form looked pretty authentic....but maybe for a human. Hrm, I'll have to watch it again to tell! 😛

Yeah, it's pretty authentic, but it crossed its arms over its chest; that's bad form; reduces forward momentum 😛
