Video Player, trimmer, deleter

Hey guys,
I've been searching for a video player with the following features for quite a while now:

  1. Drag'n'drop/select+context (multiple videos) from the windows-Explorer into the Playlist of this Player (and Support for mp4 and other common formats)
  2. An easy and fast trim function to cut out unwanted scenes of the video that's being watched right now (preferrably without re-encoding/quality loss)
  3. A way to quickly delete a video permanently from the HDD (like Picture viewers: Stop playing, delete (from HDD and Playlist) and play the next video.

Apoligies for my speshul german grammar i'm not yet completely able to avoid 😉
