Video player for Android 1.5

Hi,

Is there a decent video player for Android 1.5? I checked out Rockplayer and VPlayer and neither support my CLIQ apparently

Dunno but I doubt it, I've tried every player I can on 2.2 and they all suck balls. The Samsung Galaxy has an uber player that plays anything you throw at it. But apparently this is very difficult to program because I can't find one that plays any formats decently.

The default player that comes with 2.2 is much better than any 3rd party player you can find that works under 1.5.

What kinda phone doesnt have any updates? It should have had some sort of an update by now. Maybe you need to root it and force a new version on the thing.

is that a joke? I have 2.2 and the video player can play 1 video format. No Divx no MKV no nothing.

Goi, I have a CLIQ also. The 2.1 update has been leaked (few days ago). I highly recommend it. You should be able to find it by searching Blur 2.1.5

be careful with leaked updates, you may get stranded if it wasn't official

Thanks. I ended up junking the CLIQ/DEXT and got a new Desire Z, and got Rockplayer as my video player
