Well everything use to be perfect, quality wise and color wise. Then I tried to watch a new video that was too dark (the faces and the entire thing was so hard to see), so I changed the gamma and everything to get it to look properly. However I thought that this is maybe a codec problem, so I uninstalled all my codecs (CCCP) and then reinstalled it. I had it reset all of my old configurations (which were stock) and now all of my videos are too dark.
When I select a video it looks just fine in the windows explorer preview box. However, when I open it, it's too dark. The faces and everything. And if I boost up the gamma, it looks all grainy and blocky. Need help here.
