Video Playback issues, all in white??

ANyone having this problem? anytime i try to playback ANY video, it is very granulated and extremely bright,, mostly white. I can barely make out what is on the screen most of the time. Could it be a codec issue? I reformatted already, and new drivers all that, still the same problem. Any suggestions?

Which codecs are you installing?

its because of the new drivers. go to the color correction tab it probably says apply to desktop change it to apply to all its in the nvidia tab settings somewhere.

Right click anywhere on the desktop
Click nvidia display
Click your monitors name that you wish to playback video on
Click color correction
In the apply color changes to drop down box, select overlays
In the color profile drop down box, click advanced mode
Click apply
