video playback in Google Chrome 21 is choppy

has anyone else noticed this? I changed drivers also and did nothing

Had the same problem last night with amazon instant video and chrome. Just ended up watching my video through FF.

Edit: And this was working fine as recently as 3 days ago. Either a Chrome or flash update must have screwed something up.
