Does anyone know where I can get video capable phones that don't run through the Internet?
This is for personal use so I don't need those expensive equipment that comes w/ all the bells and whistles.

All I need is for me and my family to see each other. Due to computer literacy of my dad, free software running on PCs is out of question.
