Video Overclocking Question ..

Morning All,

I'm wondering, about overclocking my GF3 Ti200 ... its 175/400 at default .. so my question is an odd one and slightly confusing :

If I say oc'd it to .. would getting the core or mem higher be a better overclock? For instance. ..

210/421 vs 210/450 I mean are those going to be a vast difference? If the core stalls out at say ... 220 ... should I keep tinkering with the mem until it too stalls out or crashes or whatever? Is there some sort of number range I should keep between the two?

Editied Add: I guess also, which gives a better performance increase as well mem or core increase?

More often than not, overclocking the memory would boast a faster performance than overclocking the core itself. If you have hit the limit with the core, the next thing you should do it push your RAM to the limit too.

As for your comparison, I believe the difference would not be big but there will be an increase in framerate.
