Video out of Sync w/Audio

I have an ATI TV Wonder Pro w/ATI X800XT PE running XP w/sp2 on a Gigabyte 8KNXP Ultra-64 875chipset board, Prescott 3200 with 2gig RAM @ 2-2-2-5 and Raptor HD.

Problem, the TV video runs about 3/4 second behind the sound.

I have cable tv, hooked into TV card using coax cable. Then the sound is output to sound in on onboard Realtek 850 audio line in. It seems to only do this when watching the tv.

DVD works flawlessly using Media Player 10.

All current and updated drivers.

I had an ATI 8500DV AIW and this was not a problem there.

What gives?

Don't worry too much about people not answering. It's not as though they're ignoring you or anything just don't have an answer for you. Have you tried other drivers for the card? Also, have you tried using aeriel TV?

Thanks for reply...
I could not install MMC 9.02, it hung on idriver.exe. now using MMC 9.03
But, vid driver 4.10 had same effect as 4.11 current.

I don't know anything about your card sorry to saym but you could try different combinations: You say DVD plays alright through the WMP10 though? You mean from your DVD player to the VIVO port of your card yeah? Are you using r/f for your DVD player or composite/s-video?
Have you tried plugging your cable tv coax cable in to your video then using the s-video or composite out on your VIVO port, which the sound cables coming from your video to your sound card?

How are you outputting the sound? Does the videocard's TV enc/decoder have a cable that goes to your soundcard?
