Video Out not quite working in Linux

I'm running RedHat 9 on my computer, with a Sis 6326 w/Video Out card. Everything seems to work good when i hook the vid card up to my tv. I turn on the computer and i can see it booting up on both my computer screen and my TV, then once X starts the screen goes blue and nothing shows up anymore.

I've tried lowering my resolution down to 640x480 and 256 colors and it doesn't seem to make any difference except the screen used to be white instead of blue when at a high resolution.

Anyone know how i can make it so that it will output while X is running?

Any help appreciated.
