when I use videocamera on my 3GS and want to send to my friend's android phone they cant view video at all...I know iphone use quicktime format but there is no way to change format on the go or will android be able to view quicktime video at all? do you understand my english? that is because i am deaf and i am not good at english grammers!

Maybe use YouTube? I don't think there's a way to convert to different formats on the iPhone.

Also, not sure if it's available on the mobile site, but you can set videos to "unlisted" or "private" so you can send the link JUST to that one friend.
 
upload to youtube as stated above, then has option to dowload to your pc as Mp4 which should be viewable on the droid.
 
you can do video chat with tango and 3gs to android. iirc the 3G and 3GS are supported. oddly the ipod 4th gen is not!
