looks like a departmental server (web.ics?) which probably doesnt have enough bandwidth allotted for the ATOT effect :)

You guys forget the 2 most important things.

1) Its a demo video. Whether or not hes a supercool badass or not, it was for a demo.
2) What happens when you NEED it. That gun put the bull down for about 5 seconds. Think you can cover the pasture in 5 seconds? Cause once he gets back up, if your still in the corral your ass is OWNED.
In other words, its cool but it doesnt last long enough.

ya it's not like you gonna tell it to calm down otherwise youll hit him again. That thing better have REEEAL good batteries, because once the voltage drops that cow will fvck you up

The messed up thing is that if you use that against an intruder, they can sue you in court for using a device that was meant for animals, not people. They'd probably win, too, since it says "not for human use".

Yet if you use a 12 gauge shotgun on the intruder and blew their arm/leg/head clean off, they'd have no legal recourse at all, since you were legally defending yourself with an approved self defense weapon.
