Video not working plz help

for some reasons all of sudden I can't get video off one of my computers. I know its not the monitor since it will work off the laptop. I have tried reseating the video card and still comes back with nothing on the monitor-pitch black nothing..... Also this is strange all three keyboard lights light up (num/cap/scroll lock lights) which makes me think the problem is deeper than what I expect.


any sugguestions??//

I would suspect the motherboard is fried, since the three lights on the keyboard stay on. I have the same problem with a used MB that I just bought (I am returning it to the store today). Try another video card that works in another system. If you have an old 1 meg PCI, that would be a fine test. I allways keep one of those to test.
