Video MIxing on PC

I need to build a computer that will take 4 dv inputs, allow you to view them and MIX them for a single output. This is for out church television program. Any ideas on software and/or hardware?

Is this program live or taped? If it is taped life is easy. If you are wanting to do this live you are SOL (in terms of a computer based solution that you can afford). If you want to do it live get a cheap video switcher (few hundred bucks), 6 TVs (one for each camera, a program and a preview) and yer well on your way to switching a live show.
