Video Microstuttering Radeon HD 7990

I am using the above card and experience microstuttering in numerous high end games during the video movie sequences. I have installed the latest AMD
amd-catalyst-15.7.1-with-dotnet45-win7-64bit deiver which has the default "Frame Pacing" switch ON. Since I use only one (1) card, I cannot see the switch in the Catalyst control panel.

Any help to resolve this will be appreciated.
