holy hell that was amazing. kudos on the effort required to drive that far, i wanna shoot myself if i have to drive more that 30 mins. i especially loved the part where the car wouldnt start, also i didnt notice him getting like any gas. 3000 miles on one tank is pretty damn impressive, i REALLY want one of those cars.

I wish there was more explanation in what was going on (as far as like how many places he ate at, how many times he got gas, who that dude was that got in the car near the end... etc)

Would be cool if there was a map that showed approximately where he was along the way.

I wonder what route was used though.

Did you not watch the video? It rained multiple times.

Plus, the video was cut on several occassions, so it wasn't nearly a straight-through video.

The only place I recognized along the way was Vegas, any other spots you guys recognized?

Distance from NY to LA is approximately 2500 miles. Actual driving out of 4 mins is about 3:30 (210secs) on video, 1 hr is 3600 secs. That means their average speed is approximately 43,000 miles per hour if it were realtime, and assuming the video footage was not cut/edited.

*update, looking at the video it looks that it was edited (not continuously taped), that means my estimates are wrong*

Dammit I didn't even finish math 99 in comm college :(
