I'm putting together a system for a local bar to play the music videos which come bundled with CD singles and albums nowadays. The video will be outputted to two LCD projectors and up onto screens. My query relates to software. The videos seem to be primarily in QuickTime format. What I am looking for is a piece of software that is in effect a video jukebox which will allow me to set up a play list of these videos, press start and have the program play through the entire play list without intervention. As an added complication I'd want it to be able to handle multiple video file formats, not just QuickTime, but AVI's, MPEG's etc. The videos would be stored on the hard drive of the computer. Can you suggest any software which may meet my requirements, be it commercial, freeware or shareware? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
