Video Jitters

I have a dual 533 Cel board with a Matrox G250. 256MB ram.

When watching a movie (on CD) the screen jitters. Almost like the CD can not keep up with the movie. (the screen will freeze for a split second and the resume.

I have reloaded CODEC and drivers for the video card. Can anyone give me any suggestions on how ti fix it. If you need more info from me just post it and I will respond back quickly.
