When I play FPS games on my Hitachi 16ms lcd monitor I get sliding pictures during parts of the game where there is running or alot of action. By sliding I mean for a split second it looks like a rectangle of the picture is sliding behind the rest, like a puzzle piece. Hope that makes sense. Is this caused by my response time?
