video-in is black & white

Perhaps someone can help me out here.

I just got an s-video cable to hook my satellite receiver to my geforce4's tv-input. The problem is, it's coming in black and white...I think it was color the first time I used but I'm not 100% sure. Also the picture quality is pretty blurry...

Any suggestions on either problem?

nevermind I fixed it...it was on "composite" input when I needed to set it to "s-video." 😱

Also, if you don't have the right pins in your S-vid cable it can appear that way.
