Video help with Asrock 939 DUAL SATAII

So I purchased this board recently and updated to the latest BIOS, board works great with my 6800 AGP.

However I tried installing a XFX 7600GTKO I can get past the POST but when it starts loading windows xp the screen stays black and the monitor lights blink.

I tried clearing the CMOS no help.

I did not try uninstalling the drivers for my 6800 yet, but I dont think this should matter I should still be able to boot into windows and reinstall the drivers.

I also tried switching primary VGA device in the BIOS, no help.

Please, any advice is greatly apreciated.

Are you able to get into Safe Mode? Or are you unable to get into Windows even then?

Put 6800 back in. Boot to windows. Uninstall the Nvidia drivers.
Shut down, replace the card and reboot. Install drivers.

I cant get into safe mode.
