Video glitch.. gray lines

Ive noticed off and on in WoW the past few months that I had a grey line up near the top quarter of the screen, it stretches across the whole screen, left to right. Recently, I'm starting to see 2-3 lines all somewhat close together show up. I noticed it in Dawn of War earlier today as well. Is this an example of my card overheating?

I'm using a fanless gigabyte 6600 with a dell fp1800. 78.01 Drivers I think. TIA.
