video games causing screen freeze-Help

I get a blue screen when my comp freezes up on me after playing sof2 for awhile and i have to reboot. Never happened before i got my 9800 pro. i installed the new drivers 3.6. Any know of this prob?
 
What are the specs of the rest of your system? If you had an nvidia card prior did you remove all the drivers? Could possibly be a heat problem.

winxp sp1
512mb 2700 ram
430 watt ps
k7n2-L mobo
4 case fans coolmaster on cpu
sys temp avg 40c
cpu temp avg 38c
old card was a radeon 64mb "with 7200 drivers"
I have tried the methods in previous post with no sucess.
