ok. all i have to say is that "nobody on earth is disturbed, every single person is perfectly sain and never has an urge to kill anyone, so there HAS to be something to blame for actions. and we can't blame parents we must blame the video games!"

THAT'S CRAP. people have issues, and they push them too far, what pushed this guy to snipe is probably society, i mean hey. he coulda just got so extremely pissed off because people kept cutting him off, or a cop gave him a ticket he didn't think was fair. or he get treated like crap from someone. maybe people hung up on his phone calls (we get to thank the sniper hotline for that one)...they just want something to blame and videogames are the easiest to blame. well, don't blame it on anything until he's caught and says why he did it...until that time comes PISS OFF!

having to deal with people blaming this sniper on games is probably enough to piss somebody else off to the point where they do the same thing..

Video Games, Rock Music, and Rap music have taken the fall enough in this country.... I'm personally lobbying to get the blame squarely placed on Country Music Television for this one. It's about damn time they felt the heat!

The problem isn't video games, it's military training. How's that? Perhaps some liberal law makers should push for an abolishment of trained-to-kill military personel

You have to have a disturbed mind before you will REALLY kill someone. Games just make you better at it in advance. I hate how people who know NOTHING about games, except their existance can point fingers.

Here's my take on music and video games "causing" people to commit suicide, shooting sprees, commit violent acts, ect.

Say there's a "jumper" on the edge of a building contemplating jumping to his death. He's right on the edge tetering there ready to fall off when all of the sudden "AHHHCHOOO!!!!" the negotiator up there talking to him sneezes startling the jumper, he looses his balance and falls to his death.

the damn voices. which in turn are what keep me calm. only thing i think they can blame this on is he got fed up with dealing with people crap and decided to do something about it...all the training he needs is the gun, a long field and a bullzeye and he's good to go maybe something that links the targets is that he was walking by them one day and said hi and they just blew him off. who knows. don't blame it on the video games though just because you have the need to blame something.

I blame it all on the bible!

Why? Other than the gore, murders, sodomy, and all around nastiness, it's something the Government can't ban. Thus it can take ALL the heat and come out smelling like a rose :)

Probably the news that one of the Walmarts is pulling out a bunch of games that is "snipper related", which includes hitman2, GTA series and a bunch of other games.

Very superficial act IMHO.

Whatever you do, don't blame Louis Farrakhan or the nation of Islam (John Allen Muhammed did security for the million man march).
