Guys I need your input with some if these questions (answer all or one, its up you). I know the answers to some seem extremely obvious but I would like to hear a variety of answers just in case.

1) Why do you like VG podcasts?

2) What benefits do they serve you?

3) If a particular website (like 1UP for instance) has a podcast, does a hosts likability increase your interest in future articles written by them?

4) Whats an ideal length?

5) Daily? Weekly? Bi-weekly? Monthly?

I really appreciate this!

Okay, my favorite podcasts are Out of the Game, A life well wasted, co-op, and I used to love the old 1up podcast with Garnet Lee. Garnet is a speaker that is fun to listen to, the new 4Guys1up sucks without him. I have replaced the 1up podcast with GiantBomb now.

1. I love VG podcasts, I usually listen to them when I am on the treadmill.
2. They inform me, sometimes I will get beta codes from the hosts, I especially like it when they are talking about a game I bought and am currently playing
3. The host makes a huge difference for me with podcasts, I will follow the host if they switch jobs and go to another site
4. I try to exercise for 1 - 2 hours a day, and thats when I listen to podcasts
5. weekly is good

I also listen to This American Life, This week in computer hardware, geekbox, jay and jack lost podcast

I am unemployed right now, so I have a lot of time to listen to podcasts, if I get a full time 9-5 job I will probably not have any time for podcasts as I guess I will come home and either watch a movie or play video games. But if I am commuting to work that could be my new podcast time, or if they let me listen to what I want while I am programming, then I guess I will continue to listen to podcasts while I am at work.
