Or that, still at the capcom logo. I was thinking of a Japanese import my friend once had. Universal Capcom code.
 
umm... Up Up Down Down Left Right Left Right B A Start was from the NES days... it was for supercontra to get 30 lives which was basically the only way to beat the game... originally you only got 3 lives! Impossible!
