Video from projector to monitor?

We have a classroom set up where a projector sends it's image to a screen on the front wall. We have a monitor/TV hanging on the wall in the back of the room.

I'd like to mirror the image to the TV so that the person instructing can see whats on the screen behind him without turning to look. He just looks at the monitor. Only video, don't need audio.

The only output on the projector is labeled RGB and it looks to be VGA. There is a DVI but I am not sure if it's an "Out". The projector is no longer manufactured.

The TV can take HDMI or component.
The TV is a Sony KDL46EX500
The distance between the two is appx. 30'.

What's needed and does the signal need to be amplified?
TIA

What is currently being used to send video to the projector? What cable connection is used, and what other output options does the source device have?

The signal is mostly coming from a PC. But it runs through a rack with another PC (for laptops) connection, microphone, audio, and VCR units. It also runs off a remote control unit that does all the switching between PC, TV Overhead, Laptop, DVD, VCR, etc.
The source device is much further away. I'd estimate 60'.

The Components are used as the "In" on the projector.
