I use Video Essentials to dial in my TV.
Is there an HD version available /needed/in the works?

I have the Avia, DVE and HQV calibration discs and the HQV disc is by far the best. They offer it in BR, HD-DVD and DVD.

It is used be many professional reviewers and has more options for really stress testing a display.

AVIA does both. But as far as I know it doesn't come in HD

I couldn't find one when I shopped around ... I believe binister's link is available in BD too though.
