it's evident by the posts prior to mine that this is more "video card" than video. anyways.....
i downloaded a movie that's burn ready and when i played it on my dvd player it flickered (for lack of a better word) as would a tv if the antenna isn't tuned properly. i assume this is because the input is PAL and the receiver is NTSC. is there a quick fix for re encoding to ntsc? i have nero, gordian knot, tmpgenc as encoding tools. any recommendations of guides for this particular incedent. i'll be researching the topic myself, but if anyone can beat me to it, or has experiences of the aforementioned problem, please relate them to me. thanks
