Video Email software for Win2000

Does anyone know of any good software that will capture video for sending in emails. I have a Intel Easy PC Camera, and all that intel has updated so far is the drivers but I was wondering if anyone is using some third party software to create V-mail messages in Win 2000?? If you could direct me to some it would be very much appreciated.
