Video Editing Workstation GA-8KNXP vs P4P800 Deluxe help please.

I am trying to figure out what motherboard to use for a video editing workstation. I looked throught tomshardware 24 mobo comparison and the GA-8KNXP and the P4P800 Deluxe seem to fit the requirements. But the gigabyte is $80 more. This is for a Video Editing workstation.

3D performance means nothing. I am sticking in a Matrox G450 dual head.
Onboard sound is irrelivant, a Audigy2 Platinum Pro will be used.
Overclockability is not a concern.
I need IDE+IDE RAID, SATA is just gravy.

The functional differences between the Gigabyte and the ASUS seem to be:
ASUS has the Gigabit ehternet on the pci bus.
GB has 2 extra dimm slots.
GB has the extra voltage regulator.

Are there any other things that i am not mentioning that would affect performance/functionality?
