I can't find final cut pro for pc, does it exist? If not, what is the medium to high end video editing sofware for pc?

Edit: it was made by Sonic Foudry, now Sony sells it. (not what you said 🙂
 
Where can I get a good price on Vegas? I searched it on pricegrabber and only one store came up and it looked a little shady with only a few reviews.
