He was trying to do a 180... but he ran out of talent.

The guy with the camera is an idiot as well as all of his friends and the guy who crashed the car. He could have killed someone.

Damn. Wheres my gun at! Imma solve that guys problem and shoot up his car. :camera: Oh ya thats not my car.

I always get excited and think its another stupid driver accident.
But it always turns out to be this video.

rofl, mega repost, but still awesome. There's a friend I've been wanting to show this video to, but couldn't find a link. THX U

Didn't the guy driving post a message on another board threatening to sue over this video clip? I thought I remembered seeing something like that.

The video was taken in public, in plain view, so I don't see how it could really be sued over. Maybe because it was posted on the internet it be sued over? Basically, what are the rules over this type of footage and when can it or not be sued over?

In Civil, court all he'd have to do is prove damage to himself over it. Usually you are allowed to tape, they can't stop that...however, replaying that tape is where the problem is. That is why on even nice videos the bystanders are occasionally blurred out. Many times they get releases if it's a non-crowd type deal...it's complicated, but sueing is easy.

I also wouldn't be so quick to say he is an idiot unless you yourself have never done a 'fast' start. There are tons of videos on and off track that show cars breaking loose doing a 90 degree instant turn and over powering their brakes in the ravines, cars, people, animals, trees, etc. Part of the risks you take....screwing around on a street bike only takes a little oily water or one blow out to make it a last ride, yet people 'play' all the time with that risk.
