Video Drivers Won't Install

I'm having a sort of weird problem. Now it doesn't matter which version of the drivers I install, but right after I hit the "continue anyway" button (their XG drivers) the screen turns black (as it should) but then it gets stuck their with a blinking cusor in the top left coner.

Also, one time during boot up (before I uninstalled the drivers) it would always hang an bootup (the Windows screen). Then I went into safe mode, and uninstalled the drivers (with DCP) and then it booted up fine. The only difference between now and when it worked was I had to open my case up fix up the vmem mod on my 7900Gt's. Now, I didn't change anything else so I don't know why it doesn't feel like working.

I just reinstalled Windows so I really don't want to again just to fine out that it might not work again.

Thanks

Edit: Turns out that when I just have the top card plugged in the drivers install just fine. But whenever I try to install the drivers (after a reboot after installing it for the first card then putting back the second card) for the second card, all I get is a black screen and I don't think the monitor is getting any single because it goes into power saving mode.

So is there something wrong with my second card? I tried getting rid of the vmod, but even that didn't work (one of the first things I tried cause sometimes it helps).

Edit 2: I'm pretty sure the second card is screwed. I tried everything to get it back working again. I tried taking it out of my WC loop and just having it air cooled. Tried the stock cooler, but everything gave me the same artifacting at the bios menu.

I'm really hoping it's my Graphics card and NOT my Mobo. Maby RMA time?

Alright, I got it installed with the one card installed, but now when I try to install the second card I get a black screen and then the monitor goes into powersaving mode like it doesn't have a signal.

Whats going on? Is there something wrong with the second card?

After doing some testing I'm pretty sure the second card is shot. I tried just using the bottom card and it artifacts no matter what. Even at the startup bios screen. So I'm pretty sure I'm screwed with this one.
