It's not worth it. It'd be better to pick up a Geforce 6200 or even a 5200. The voodoo2 was released WAAAYY before XP and I doubt there'd be XP drivers.

lol ya why do u want to get a voodoo card....do u want to work with it or just as an antique piece?? even if u have a pentium 3 or a pentium 2 u could get a geforce 4MX or even a geforce 2MX, nothing older than that. a voodoo 2 is totally worthless at the moment and i doubt there would be any winxp drivers! u would definetely have a lot of stability issues with it

Hell if you are buying old junk, might as well get GOOD old junk. Why not go for something like a voodoo5?

lol good luck with that. I had a voodoo2 with xp for a while a few years ago, and driver problems were such a hassle :|

for running diablo 2... glide owns everything. i bet you could have an X850 PE and it'd still lose to the voodoo in diablo 2. d2 was meant to be played in glide, so voodoos play it best. i don't want to take out my radeon 9800, so a voodoo pci would make a good pci video card.

Well just remember you'd also need another video card as well to handle the 2D graphics as the Voodoo 2 was only a 3D accelerator, not a full graphics card.

Voodoo Files for 3DFX!

I'm surprised that people here forgot about this site. Loads of drivers, from the original official drivers to those modded to work with XP. Available for ALL 3DFX cards and operating systems. And not just Voodoo cards - drivers for many older cards can be found here.
