Video Drivers for Dell Precision m70

I have been trying to find video drivers to update this hardware with,b ut the Dell site only has old drivers, and when I try to update w/ the ones from the Nvidia website, all i get is that previous drivers cannot be found and then the installation quits. Does anyone more knowledgable know where I can find some decent drivers and how to install them?
