Video drivers deleted, monitor is blank

This seems like a goofy question, but the video drivers on a Micron computer got deleted, and the monitor is now blank (black). How are you supposed to reinstall the drivers if the monitor is blank?
 
It's actually my dad's at his office...he says it's on. I actually don't have access to it right now, so I was just wondering if this were possible!
